
About the project.

I built Parcel Score as an intelligent fraud detection system for courier services in Bangladesh. It works by analyzing sender behavior, delivery records, parcel data, and pattern anomalies to assign a trust score to each parcel. The goal is to detect risky or suspicious parcels before they are shipped. The system uses historical data to identify red flags like fake addresses, excessive cancellations, or abnormal delivery patterns. Couriers can use the score to prioritize verification, prevent fraud, and avoid unnecessary losses. I integrated this into a live courier platform to show how automation and data analysis can improve operational security. Working on this project taught me how to design scoring models, process behavioral data, and build real-time tools that help businesses make smarter, safer decisions.
